The Darling Bar is still in its early days, and we are already looking for the people who will grow with us. If you are a talented senior stylist, part time or full time, an emerging superstar ready to learn, or a receptionist and social-media front-of-house personality, we would love to hear from you.
Three kinds of people. If you are one of them, or you think you are close enough to be worth a conversation, we would genuinely like to hear from you.
You already have a following, or you are ready to build one. You are confident with colour correction, foils and a proper consult, and you would rather personalise a result than repeat one. We will give you the chair, the products and the room to grow.
Fresh out of your apprenticeship, or still in it, and hungry. You will learn beside senior stylists who actually want to teach, on real clients, with real feedback, not by watching from the back of the salon.
The first voice every Darling hears. You run the desk and the diary, you keep the bar looking after everyone, and you have the personality to make our Instagram and TikTok look like the room feels.
The Darling Bar is young. The people who join now help decide what it becomes: the culture, the column structure, the way we do things. That is not a line, it is simply where we are.
We are building stylists up, not filling gaps. You will get the room and the support to grow a following that is genuinely yours.
We work with Bhave and with Sarah K on nanoplasty, and we bring that training into the salon. If you want to learn a technique properly, we will back you.
Charlestown Square, Level 2. A warm space, a drinks trolley, and a team small enough that nobody gets lost in it. Late night is Thursday, not every night.
